Why I started this.
Known as Abuja Land Guru, the independent voice for people who refuse to buy land blind.
“I saw a serious information gap in Abuja’s land and property market. Too many people were making major property decisions without knowing what to verify, which documents matter, or who to trust.”
My commitment is also rooted in personal experience. My family experienced the stress of demolition during the period when Mallam Nasir El-Rufai was FCT Minister, including the disruption associated with demolitions of residential structures. I saw the fear, uncertainty and disruption that property insecurity can create for ordinary families. That experience strengthened my conviction that people deserve better information before they commit their hard-earned money to land and property.
Before You Buy Abuja Land exists to close that gap. My goal is simple: before anyone buys land or property in Abuja, they should understand what they are buying, know the key steps to follow, ask the right questions, carry out appropriate due diligence, and understand when professional help is necessary.
